Inside Billi Mucklow's hen do - NUFC strip, party bus and Andy Carroll face masks for Dubai trip

Billli Muclow embraced her husband to be Andy Carroll's Geordie roots as she donned a NUFC strip to head to Dubai on her hen do, before the couple get married.

Ex TOWIE star Billie and the former Newcastle United striker have been a couple for nine years now, having started dating in the summer of 2013. They got engaged a year later when Gateshead born footballer Andy popped the question in the very romantic setting of Rome.

Last year, yoga teacher Billi hinted that their wedding was firmly on the horizon, when she posted a photo of her and Andy with the caption: He’s So Excited To Marry Me." And then the preparations for the nuptials stepped up a notch in the autumn when Billi, who has three children with Andy, sons Arlo and Wolf and daughter Marvel Mae, threw a lavish garden party to tell her friends she'd chosen them to be bridesmaids.

And her bridal party were out in force on Wednesday as they headed to the airport to jet to Dubai, a big favourite with reality stars and glam brides to be. Ahead of the girls climbing aboard a luxury party bus, the drinks started flowing indoors and in the garden, with everyone treated to a little bottle of Tequila Rose, adorned with a tag featuring the words 'She's tying the knot. Let's take a shot.'

The words 'Toon Become One,' a play on Spice Girls hit 2 Become 1, could also be seen amongst the decorations and on the stickers on gift bags and glasses, with the decor also including a balloon wall featuring 'Mrs Carroll to be,' which Billi posed in front of as she wore the colours of the club Andy played for on two separate occasions, before being released by the Magpies last year.

She wrote on Instagram that wearing a football kit to the airport was her 'worst nightmare,' but seemed in good spirits when she and her guests, each clutching a cocktail can with Billi's face on, headed to the airport on board a party bus, armed with a giant photo frame to take pictures with. Prior to taking their seats on the bus, Billi's hens also wore a mask of Andy's face, while Billi was presented with a personalised 'Mrs Carroll' sequined cup.

Among Billi's hens was her close friend Cara Kilbey, who she joined the TOWIE cast with back in 2012. And one of her many TOWIE co-stars, Debbie Bright commented on her Instagram post to react: "Wish I could be a fly on the wall!!
