Antonio Conte issued a shock quit threat after Tottenham's defeat to Burnley as he is set to meet with the Spurs hierarchy to discuss his future.
The Italian launched an astonishing rant following the north Londoners' defeat at Turf Moor, suggesting he was going to step down as boss.
He said: "In the last five games we lost four games. I think nobody deserves this type of situation, but this is the reality.
"There will be an assessment about the club and about me, because for me this situation is very frustrating.
"I am really sorry for this situation, especially for the fans – who really do not deserve this.
"The club has to make an assessment to understand what is the best solution.
"This club has changed coaches, but the players are always the same, and the results have not changed.
"I cannot accept continuing to lose."
Conte added that he wants to speak to Daniel Levy and Fabio Paratici to get to the bottom of these issues and figure out how to solve them.
Here's what is likely to be on the agenda.

Spurs' inconsistency
Conte made it clear he is not happy with the squad at his disposal and that seems to be the crux of the problem.
They're capable of a performance that they produced against Manchester City as the Italian called them the best group he has ever worked with and then they put out a display as they did at Turf Moor.
That epitomised Spurs' inconsistency and it's because their squad is not good enough. They're over-reliant on Harry Kane and Son Heung-min who can get into any side in the world, but if they have an off-night, they struggle mightily.
Conte will get his chance to put his stamp on the squad in the summer but unfortunately, he is going to have to make do then.
He'll need to figure out how to get the best out of the group he's got because he has no other choice.
How to get balance of rebuild right
Conte has to be careful about what he wishes for as Levy got four creative Tottenham players out the door in Bryan Gil, Giovani Lo Celso, Tanguy Ndombele and Dele Alli in January.
Spurs added Rodrigo Bentancur and Dejan Kulusevski who could be of higher quality, but those numbers don't add up, nevermind it will take time for the Juventus pair to settle in.
This is a new group of players who will take time to develop so inconsistency should almost be expected.
Conte doesn't seem to have the patience for a rebuild, but he knew what he was getting into when he took the job.
Spurs will need to make sure that they don't have another firesale in the summer because they still need bodies to rotate the squad and find some balance to this rebuild.
Full-backs
Spurs' options at full-back are a huge concern as Conte doesn't seem to have faith in any of them.
Emerson Royal has shown flashes this season, but will need a lot of coaching to improve his decision-making and quality to make the most of the positions he gets into.
Conte is a big fan of Ryan Sessegnon but football.london claims the 21-year-old needs to believe in his ability.
Sergio Reguilon has been inconsistent while Japhet Tanganga, Matt Doherty and Ben Davies just don't quite cut it.
The wing-backs are crucial to Conte's system working and right now he's working with pieces that don't quite fit the jigsaw.
Summer transfers
Conte has made it clear he wants to be backed and Levy and Paratici will have to give him those assurances.
The Italian need multiple signings to get Spurs back to where they were under Mauricio Pochettino.
A full-back is a must, but they need quality players all over the pitch, which means there is a lot of work to do.
Conte will want to get ahead of the game as quickly as possible and Paratici needs to start planning now in regards to recruitment if he wants to keep Conte happy.
