Alison Hammond wowed her followers when she shared a photo of herself looking trim.
The This Morning presenter, 44, has been on a mission to shed some weight after becoming a Weight Watchers ambassador back in April.
She's been taking her Instagram followers every step of the way with constant videos of her hardcore gym workouts and snaps of the healthy foods she's been eating.
In a string of clips from earlier this month she can be seen lifting weights as her personal trainer encourages her.
Another video sees her power waking while motivational classic Eye of the Tiger plays in the background.
She's been enjoying dishes of chicken and spinach or beef mince and cauliflower rice, while she snacks on bananas or bowls of yogurt and berries.
But she's also allowed herself a few cheat days, showing herself enjoying some chocolate cake in one post.
At her heaviest Alison was 20 stone, though it's not clear what her weight is now.
She said her goal weight would be 13 stone, which is perfect for her 5'9" height.
Opening up about her weight loss goals, Alison previously said: "My WW journey is focused on getting healthier for myself.
"I feel rubbish when I don’t eat properly or exercise and WW helps me with what I eat and do.
"I want my journey to empower others to think about making changes to their lifestyle to become the best version of themselves."
Earlier this week Alison looked incredible as she showed off a significantly slimmer face weeks in a picture shared to Twitter.
"Omg, how much weight have you lost, you look amazing!!," one Twitter follower wrote.
