Fans were given an insight into a romantic retreat the The One Show host Alex Jones recently enjoyed with her husband Charlie Thomson as she posted a video showcasing the Cotswolds-based "perfect hideaway".
The 45-year-old from Ammanford can be seen in the video giving her 339k followers a tour of the pair's countryside getaway at The Dormy House Hotel and Spa, with clips showing the inside of their 'Rose Cottage' suite, dinners and a few activities they embarked on - clay pigeon shooting, for one.
Alongside the video, the mother-of-three wrote: "We ran away for some much needed rest. Thank you @dormyhouse for being the perfect hideaway.

"Such a lovely location and the food (including the @thefishhotel down the road) and the spa are just incredible. We slept and laughed and made plans and we’re ready to face Christmas madness."
Her followers soon flooded her comments, with many saying how well deserved this "recharge" was.
@clements5086 wrote: "Have a wonderful time. Just need to recharge sometimes just the two of you.xx", while @liztosh31 added: "Looks like a stunning place to come together and recharge".
A third, @augustinejewels, said: "Looks wonderful Alex - hope you had a well deserved rest!"
The Dormy House Hotel and Spa is located on the Farncombe Estate - whose neighbours are The Fish Hotel, Foxhill Manor and the Hillside Hangouts - in the idyllic Cotswolds countryside and describes itself as "The hotel that hugs", with its tagline being "A bit like home, but better".
Being situated above the village of Broadway, visitors get to indulge in stunning views across the area and the hotel and its suites boast "cosy corners, log fires, sparkling spa, glorious grub and sumptuous interiors" - can you think of anything more idyllic during the festive season?
And for Alex and her husband's suite, the interior payed homage to the cottage's name with pretty floral wallpaper decorating all walls. With a lounge area, a log burner fire and a hot tub outside, it created the ultimate cosy hideaway. The cottage, according to the Dormy House website, sleeps two and its prices start from £650.
It is described on the website as: "A traditional Cotswold cottage with its own private courtyard and hot tub. Full of character courtesy of its exposed timbers, fabulously floral decor and abundance of antique features, this independent single storey cottage in the hotel grounds is perfect for those in search of a little privacy."
