The inside of an abandoned swingers club has been revealed showing what is left of its torture dungeon and decaying "playrooms."
Urban explorer Daniel Sims, 33, found La Chambre littered with condom wrappers and stains in Attercliffe, Sheffield.
The infamous sex club closed its doors in lockdown after more than 20 years, with owners Barry and Marie Calvert opting not to renew the lease.
In its heyday, the venue boasted 25,000 members who flocked to enjoy rooms including a BDSM torture dungeon, playrooms, a sauna and swimming pool.
The property has since been left to rot, attracting explorers like Daniel to see what remains.
Daniel and friends Mick and Chloe went into one of the playrooms which was decorated with mirrored walls.
Pornographic pictures and a sign reading "no high heels on the bed" are also seen in the room.
Elsewhere, they found the “stairway to heaven” which leads swingers to a dilapidated main bar and bathrooms with rusty sinks.
They also found the old sauna and jacuzzi as well as more graphic imagery.
Later they explored the torture dungeon via the “stairway to hell” where they find chains and the remainder of “torture devices”.
The group spent 90 minutes exploring and documenting the property.
“While we were exploring the site we found many condom wrappers and stains,” Daniel said.
“There were so many different playrooms, some very explicit, from the stairway to heaven to the stairway to hell and the dungeon basement.
“It was so amazing to see how this place once was and what was left behind – from the swimming pool and sauna, to a very grimy and damp torture dungeon.”
The swingers club opened in 1998 prompting many churches and other institutions to try and get it shut down.
"I'm so excited to do this place. I've been keeping an eye on this place for quite a while fingers crossed we get in, I've heard it's open," Daniel told his near 7,000 subscribers.
A sign displayed on the wall read "coming soon at La Chambre, changes to Saturday nights from July 2019."
"Swingers Books" were also advertised for sale on the noticeboard for £2 each or 5 for all three books.
Other walls were decorated with paintings including one of three women dressed as superheroes dancing on poles.
A larger room decorated with a mural of a balcony with sea views was also found.
In one corner, a secret door leads to a tiny cupboard full of children's toys including teddy bears, pink pillows, colouring books and a pop-up tunnel.
A pile of Santa hats have also been left strewn across the floor of the tiny box room.
"My oh my oh my," Daniel said as he uncovers a third room featuring huge portraits of naked men and women painted onto yellow walls.
"Let's go to the playroom" he added as he walked through a long room describing it as "a full on dungeon."
Sparkly tassels are hung across the doorway which leads into a darker chamber with blue walls and ceilings.
A sign on the wall reads "no high heels on the bed".
Further dark corridors lead to another room painted black with blue plastic tassels in the doorway.
Another doorway titled "The Art of the Kama Sutra" which leads to a red room with a podium covered in oversized mattresses.
The building features multiple play rooms, a swingers room and a dungeon as well as a cloak room and an old sauna and swimming pool.
