Inside £30k private hospital where Molly-Mae gave birth which was used by Meghan Markle

For the birth of her baby girl, Molly-Mae Hague checked into a top private maternity hospital which can cost up to £30,000.

The Love Island star, 23, delighted fans last night when she announced the birth of her baby daughter with partner Tommy Fury -saying her love grows "with each passing moment".

Molly-Mae gave birth at the Portland Hospital in London, previously used by Meghan Markle, Victoria Beckham, Liz Hurley and Dani Dyer, Katherine Ryan, Princess Eugenie to name a few. The central London maternity hospital is known for its exclusivity and privacy.

Before she gave birth, Molly told her fans in a YouTube video that she's having her baby in London, rather than Manchester, where they live, explaining it was "for privacy reasons and to feel the most comfortable and secure".

Earlier today, the star shared an adorable photo of herself and her daughter, who was then just a few hours old.

Cradling her baby, she sits in front of plush grey curtains, and a smart leather chair inside the swanky hospital.

Birth packages at the hospital start from £15,000 and can go up to £30,000, meaning parents spare no expense.

Portland Hospitals offers mums a meal after their birth, with champagne, lobster and foie gras if they wish.

The tots are given £3,500 Moses baskets which have been designed by a luxury furniture brand as well as a four poster Little Duchess cot, reported to be worth £14,000.

The mums do not share a ward, and following the birth they are given their own private rooms with a bed for their partner to stay in.

The rooms are incredibly modern and high-end with grey and white walls, floor to ceiling windows covered with curtains for privacy and a hospital bed which could easily be mistaken for a hotel bed.

If that wasn't enough, the rooms have en suite bathrooms which come with slippers and products from Molton Brown.

Kitchen staff are recruited from London's famous Dorchester hotel and new mums are given a bag upon leaving, containing champagne and adorable toys for their newborn.

The mums receive all-hours care from midwives and a physiotherapist also visits the new mothers to give support and suggestions for exercises after birth.

Molly-Mae bought plenty of goodies with her to the hospital, seen in a vlog she made for fans ahead of giving birth to show what she had packed in her hospital bag.

Whipping out a Louis Vuitton Toilet Dopp Kit Pouch, which has a retail price of £685, the pregnant star said: "I have packed toiletries like I'm going on a holiday, but this is going to be the best trip I'll ever take because when we come home we'll have a baby!"

Molly-Mae's toiletries included Nivea deodorants, a cleanser from The Ordinary, a Body Shop sponge, a lip mask, a £46 Elemis cleansing balm and a Mario Badescu facial spray.

The reality TV star then pulled out another Louis Vuitton bag holding all her electrical items, this time the £915 Nice BB Toiletry Bag.

In addition to a pair of Apple headphones - AirPods Max, £549 - and her iPad (retails from £499), Molly-Mae had something she admits is "very, very extra" - her £115 Neom air diffuser.

She then joked about how she knows she will get comments about some of her luxury items, before going on to share more practical things in her case, like fluffy slippers, pyjamas and a reusable water bottle.
