An inmate has been charged with murder over a death at a high security men's prison in Adelaide.
The 33-year-old man was arrested after a fellow inmate, a 52-year-old man, was unable to be revived by paramedics at the Yatala Labour Prison on Saturday afternoon.
He will appear in Adelaide Magistrates Court on Monday to face a murder charge.
The death has been declared a major crime and prompts a mandatory inquest as it occurred in custody.
Hundreds of high to medium security male prisoners are held at the facility in the South Australian city's northeast.
