After scrambling for a loose ball in the second quarter against the Boston Celtics, Steph Curry appeared to suffer an injury when Marcus Smart dove for the ball and rolled on his left ankle.
Following the scramble, Steve Kerr appeared to be unhappy with Smart. Kerr and the Celtics guard exchanged words on the sideline.

The Golden State Warriors point guard didn’t return to the contest against the Celtics on Wednesday night. Curry was ruled out for the remainder of the game with left foot soreness.

Without Curry, the Warriors struggled to hang with Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown and the Celtics. Despite 29 points from Jordan Poole, the Celtics cruised to a 110-88 blowout win at Chase Center.
