With Draymond Green and Andre Iguodala missing time due to injury, the Golden State Warriors will be without another piece of their core on Sunday against the Dallas Mavericks.
After initially being listed as questionable, Klay Thompson was ruled out for Sunday’s contest at San Francisco’s Chase Center due to a general illness.

Without Thompson, Steve Kerr and the Warriors will have to lean on Steph Curry to keep up with Luka Doncic and the Mavericks. Jordan Poole or Gary Payton II could entre the starting lineup alongside Curry in the backcourt. Damion Lee could also see an increased role off the bench with Curry out.
The Warriors will meet the Mavericks on Sunday at 4:30 p.m. PT in the Bay Area.
