A social media influencer has shared a series of before and after snaps to show that 'perfect' poses can be deceiving.
Carrie Bickmore wanted to spread the body positivity message and encourage others to stop comparing themselves to people they follow on Instagram.
In one image she poses in a leopard print swimsuit holding the pose she wanted, and in the next picture she is relaxed and the two are a world apart, as the Daily Star reports.
But Carrie, a TV host from Adelaide, Australia, insists that the second image is the real one - because in the first she is holding herself in such a way that her pose isn't natural at all.

Model Nicole Sahebi took to TikTok to share her 'proof' that social media is fake, as she used a simple trick to completely transform an image, as the Daily Star reports.
Sharing the video with her 1.2 million followers, Nicole revealed she used the 'Face App' editor to change one image, and she said that many influencers use the app.
The first image Nicole shared shows how she looks with the filter applied, the second is without the app - and while it's a subtle change it completely changes how she looks.
