A British influencer paid to have her peepers lifted closer to her forehead so she could have "cat's eyes".
Nasrin Corfield Smith, 37, who runs the Aesthetic Clinic in London, shared the moment her doctor was assessing the changes just after she'd gone under the knife.
In a video published on her TikTok, the Turkish doctor responsible Dr Hakan Ozocak explains the nips and tucks he made.
"This surgery is called cat's eyes and is used to lift the corners of the eyes and do a cheek lift in order to lift the middle of the face and the cheeks," Dr Ozocak said.
He also mentioned reasons why some would choose to have the drastic operation, including sagging eyebrows or eyes from an early age.
This can make people appear tired and drowsy, which the doctor believes requires corrective surgery.
But people on social media were pretty appalled by how invasive the procedure was, with some even saying the doctor should be struck off.
One wrote on TikTok: “Eyes should not be on the forehead."
Another said: “It looks like she is suffering from an allergy. Ew!”
A concerned user claimed it's "not normal for a doctor to be so invasive", with another saying she believed "many established surgeons would refuse to do this".
In a follow-up video, Nasrin gave her reasons for undergoing the surgery.
She told her TikTok followers: "I had a lot of loose skin above my eye and my brows were quite heavy.
"And below my eyes as well, needed a little tighten.
"And now you can see it's nice and lifted, and tight."
Nasrin previously told The Sun how she ignored 10 doctors who warned her against getting bum implants, and how she's been left traumatised by the results.
The beautician confessed to becoming addicted to lip fillers when she was 18.
She said she got hooked to the injections which helped to ease her crippling insecurities.
But after her bum job last year, she said her bottom was torn apart and left oozing fluid.
She said in December: “I do think there was a lot of negligence on the surgeon's side because I've got a lot of bum filler and I think he probably should have said no because I asked 10 other surgeons and they said no.
“But I thought oh I’ll find someone you know, and I did, that should have been a red flag.”
Rather than seeking out a British surgeon, she went abroad - refusing to say where she went.
