Is there an Industry season 3 trailer?

Yes the Industry season 3 trailer has landed — and it raises a lot of questions... Not least about Kit Harington's character, Sir Henry Muck! Check it out below.

Industry season 3 plot

The rampant sex and drug-taking of previous seasons looks set to continue in Industry season 3, as the scandalous young bankers continue to create their identities within the pressure-cooker environment of the international banking world and Pierpoint & Co’s London office.

This time the bosses at Pierpoint & Co look to the future and takes a huge bet on 'ethical investing'. So the assigned desk find themselves front and center in the workings of Lumi, a green tech energy company, headed up by Henry Muck (Kit Harington), the CEO and Founder of Lumi. The story has implications at the very top of the worlds of finance, media and government.

Investment bank Pierpoint is hoping for a windfall from ecologically-conscious investors. Trader Robert Spearing (Harry Lawtey) has been assigned as the firm’s liaison to green energy company Lumi and its volatile CEO and founder, Henry Muck, who’s preparing for the firm’s launch on the stock market. But when a key investor gets cold feet, Pierpoint is sent into crisis-management mode and Robert’s colleague Yasmin (Marisa Abela) sees her chance to get Henry back on side (see picture below)…

The bankers at Pierpoint & Co also had to contend with the arrival of US management at the end of Industry season 2 so we will get to see how this plays out...

Industry season 3 cast — Kit Harington on playing Henry Muck

In Industry season 3, Kit Harington plays Henry Muck, the CEO and Founder of Lumi, an exciting green tech energy company about to go public.

Kit old us: "He’s a really interesting person. You don’t know whether you like him or not - he’s deeply compromised, but attractive and charming. You’ll want him to succeed as well as being appalled by him. That’s true of so many people in this show!"

Kit was delighted to be offered the role of Henry - particularly since the character’s pettiness and insecurity allows him to display a sense of humour he rarely got a chance to showcase when he was working on Game Of Thrones.

"‘I’m looking for things now that have a comedic edge to them. As Jon Snow in Game Of Thrones, I played a man who was the least funny character of all time! Henry is certainly not solemn or heroic. He thinks he’s heroic, but he’s not!"

* Kit Harington is probably best known as Jon Snow in Game of Thrones but has recently starred in Apple TV+ drama Extrapolations and Prime Video's Modern Love season 2. He plays Dane Whitman/Black Knight, a character in the Eternals movie and in 2022 he explored his grandfather's part in World War Two in My Grandparent's War on Channel 4. Kit is married to his Game Of Thrones co-star Rose Leslie.

Industry season 3 returning cast

The returning cast for Industry season 3 sees favourite characters return, including Robert Spearing (Harry Lawtey), troubled American Harper Stern (Myha’la Herrold), rich girl Yasmin Kara-Hanani (Marisa Abela) and gay former Etonian Gus Sackey (David Jonsson).

Banking boss Eric Tao (Lost star Ken Leung) is back as is team leader Conor MacNeill (Artemis Fowl) as Kenny Kilblane as well as Sarah Parish as Pierpoint's difficult client Nicole Craig. Sagar Radia, Indy Lewis, Adam Levy, Trevor White, Elena Saurel and Irfan Shamji are all back too.
