This is a major diplomatic concern, especially regarding the security of Indian diplomats. While the MEA has previously raised concerns about diplomats' safety in Canada, this time, the issue is in Australia.
The Indian-Australian community has expressed frustration over this pattern of attacks—targeting Hindu temples and now Indian government establishments.
Community leaders say these repeated attacks on religious and diplomatic sites harm Australia’s multicultural society. Victoria Police and the Indian High Commission in Canberra are looking into the matter, assessing how consulate security can be strengthened.
