NEW DELHI: India on Sunday reported 3,116 Covid cases and 47 deaths. With this rise, the death toll has reached 515850.
The total active Covid cases in the country has fallen to 38,069, which accounts for 0.09 per cent of the total cases. With 5,559 recoveries in the last 24 hours, the Covid recovery rate has reached 98.71 per cent. A total of 4,24,37,072 patients have recovered from the disease.
The daily positivity rate has fallen to 0.41 per cent, while the weekly positivity rate is 0.50 per cent.
Total of 77.85 crore Covid trests have been conducted in the country so far and 180.13 crore Covid-19 vaccine doses administered.
