New Delhi: The Indian cricket team (Team India) performed brilliantly and defeated Bangladesh (Bangladesh) by 280 runs in the Chennai Test. With this, India has taken a 1-0 lead in the two-match Test series.
According to the Dynamite News correspondent, India had set a target of 515 runs for Bangladesh to win. In front of this target, Bangladesh collapsed on 234 runs on the fourth day on Sunday.

Ashwin: Victory hero
Master of spin and the hero of India's victory was Ravichandran Ashwin, who showed excellent performance with both bat and ball and scored a brilliant century in the first innings and scored 113 runs.
Ashwin took six wickets in the second innings. Apart from him, Ravindra Jadeja scored 86 runs in the first innings and took three wickets in the second innings.

Shubman Gill and Rishabh Pant scored centuries in the second innings, which enabled the team to set a strong target against Bangladesh. Gill scored an unbeaten 119 runs. Pant was successful in scoring 109 runs.
