Giannis Antetokounmpo was controversially ejected Wednesday when he was dealt his second technical foul of the night for staring down Pistons center Isaiah Stewart after a dunk. Naturally, the NBA world hated the call and so did the Bucks star.
In response to the ejection, Antetokounmpo was seen arguing with referee Scott Twardoski, who called him for the tech. Antetokounmpo appeared to refuse to leave and sassily sat down with the fans in the front row. Until now, it was unknown what he was saying.
A fan sitting courtside had the perfect point of view of the whole interaction and caught it on video. Here’s what the two-time MVP said to another referee, Mitchell Ervin, when he appeared to try to get him to leave the court.

“Come get me!” he said. “Come get me! Come get me!”
Antetokounmpo sat right next to the fan who was recording the whole exchange before leaving the game with 15 points and nine rebounds in 22 minutes of action. Bad call or not, Antetokounmpo gave fans their money’s worth in his grand exit.
