Joel Dommett returned to ITV on Saturday with a brand new game show In With A Shout but viewers were left switching off the quiz after pointing out an "annoying" feature.
In With A Shout sees contestants shout out exactly what they see on a screen in a bid to win a cash prize.
However, some ITV viewers weren't pleased with the format of the show and took to Twitter to complain about the loud nature of the new game show.
One frustrated viewer tweeted: "Sorry @ITV but it’s a from me for #inwithashout . I like to play along with game shows but due to all the shouting, coupled with my hearing loss I was unable to hear the correct answers. Sorry @joeldommett was looking 4ward but not for me."
Another wrote: "I rarely watch game shows but thought I would give this one a go now I know why I don’t watch them! Why are the contestants so loud and hyper !!! #inwithashout," and a third said: "Too much flipping noise … you’re going down … clapping like a demented penguin! Stop making people over act, it’s annoying!”
However, one hopeful viewer said: "Too much talking and screaming at the end. I think this show has still got genuine potential though #InWithAShout."
Another agreed: "Brilliant first episode of #InWithAShout tonight! See you next week!"
Meanwhile, host Joel opened up on his new game show with Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary on This Morning.
Speaking on Good Friday, The Masked Singer host admitted he couldn't help but join in while presenting the quiz.
After watching a clip, Alison remarked: "You couldn't stop joining in!"
He said: "I really had to figure out how to present a game show because at one point, I think Peppa Pig came up and I just enjoy playing, I'm so used to watching on television... Peppa Pig came up and I'm hosting the show and I'm like 'PEPPA PIG!'
"They were like, 'Ok we're going to have to run that again Joel.' You can't shout out the answers!"
