The cash shell that once was fashion brand In The Style has been forced to abandon its new name after a property management company in Wales beat it to it.
In The Style Group plc had planned to change its name to Itsum plc after the £1.2m sale of its operating company to a private equity firm, in a deal to avoid it entering administration, was completed.
However, it has now been forced to change to Itsum Limited after its original first choice was taken by Maxrs Ventures.

Its registered address has also been changed from Salford to London.
The name change will come into affect at 8am on March 30.
A statement issued to the London Stock Exchange said: "Shareholders should note that their shareholdings will be unaffected by the change of name.
"Existing share certificates should be retained by shareholders holding ordinary shares in certificated form as they will remain valid for all purposes and no new share certificates will be issued.
"Following the change of name, a new website for the company will be launched in the near future and a further announcement made when the site is launched."
