Nottingham Forest supporters have flooded to social media to express their happiness about the Reds' promotion to the Premier League.
The Reds defeated Huddersfield Town 1-0 at Wembley Stadium thanks to a Levi Colwill own goal in the first half and never looked like letting the Terriers into the contest. The victory means Steve Cooper will lead his side out in the Premier League in August for the first time in 23 years.
Despite two controversial calls from VAR, Forest held onto their lead and sent the travelling Reds fans into ruptures at the national stadium.

The promotion completes a tremendous job Cooper has done since arriving at the City Ground. The former Swansea City boss came to the club with them bottom of the Championship.
After overcoming Sheffield United in the semi-finals, Forest will now welcome the likes of Manchester City, Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United to Nottingham next season.
On social media, the supporters have been sending their congratulations to the club and sharing their excitement and disbelief at finally returning to the top flight.
