If you’re a daily player of the MLB guessing game known as Immaculate Grid — which is now powered by Baseball Reference — you know it can be tough to answer some of the more challenging parts of the puzzle. So we’re here to try and help you. Let’s run down a few clues for some of the tougher parts of Sunday’s offering:
White Sox who were Tigers: This outfielder was a six-time All-Star who collected 100-plus RBI seven times and hit .363 in 2007 for a batting title.
White Sox who were Angels: He won a Cy Young in 2005 with the Angels and pitched until he was 45. He also hit one very memorable home run.
Cubs who were Angels: He won three World Series — one with each of these teams — and an ERA title in 2007.
