If you’re a daily player of the MLB guessing game known as Immaculate Grid — which is now powered by Baseball Reference — you know it can be tough to answer some of the more challenging parts of the puzzle. So we’re here to try and help you. Let’s run down a few clues for some of the tougher parts of Friday’s offering:
Reds who were Pirates: This infielder only played 13 games for the Pirates. But he was famous for winning the Little League World Series in 1998 and winning a Home Run Derby.
Reds who were Blue Jays: This current Angels infielder also played for the Yankees, Mets and Diamondbacks and had 28 home runs in 2022 between the Reds and Padres.
Braves who were Pirates: This pitcher started out as a Brave before pitching for the Pirates for seven years … and now he’s a Brave again at age 39.
