Manchester City star Ilkay Gundogan has admitted that he is worried about Liverpool 's chances after the Premier League title race was blown wide open on Saturday.
Tottenham have become a bit of a bogey team for City in recent years, and Antonio Conte's men edged a thrilling 3-2 encounter at the Etihad Stadium to once again leave the Champions feeling blue.
Dejan Kulusevski put Spurs ahead early on before Gundogan levelled the score, but a brace from Harry Kane either side of Riyad Mahrez' late penalty handed Liverpool a lifeline.
City are still in control of their own destiny, but Gundogan has expressed some concern following the defeat.

The result means that Liverpool can move within just three points of City if they win their game in hand on the league leaders, and Jurgen Klopp's side still have to face them before the end of the season.
It remains in City's hands, but Tottenham's performance was reminder that Pep Guardiola's side are in fact possible to beat, as they were handed their third loss of the season.
Gundogan remained composed following the final whistle, as he reassured interviewers that they're used to being in this position, but the German did seem a little concerned now that the gap has been reduced.
The City midfielder said: "It's not a situation that we're not used to. We know from recent years that Liverpool are always contenders. They're always up there.
"We know they'll try everything to make our lives as difficult as possible. The good thing is that they still need to come here to the Etihad, but there are still many games to go."
Gundogan also seemed in disbelief that Tottenham had snatched victory in the dying moments of the game, but also credited the opposition as he added: "We kind of thought we'd rescued it. If you look at the whole game we deserved to win.
"But football is sometimes crazy and today we made easy mistakes. We gave them the ball to have possibilities to counter and that made us lose the game.
"They were also ruthless in their finishing up front. We had a lot of chances and the possibility to score a few more goals, but we gave them the chances they had too easily.
"It didn't feel like a bad game from us. They defended so, so deep, particularly towards the end of the first half. It’s not so easy.
"Sometimes you have these kind of games and you need to learn from it. It's a wake-up call for us. There’s still a long way to go."
City still have 12 games to go, whereas Liverpool have 13 games left to play, with their rescheduled clash against Leeds taking place next week as the remaining first-leg Champions League knockout ties take place.
