The Los Angeles Rams bet on veteran talent to get to Super Bowl 56. Now they’re one win away from making Matthew Stafford an NFL champion.
Los Angeles sprinted out to a 3-0 start, faded in the middle of the season, then regained its footing to claim a division, then conference crown. Along the way Stafford dispatched Tom Brady and the defending Super Bowl champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers before helping the Rams beat the San Francisco 49ers for the first time since 2018. Led by stars on both sides of the ball, the Rams are an intimidating matchup for anyone in the league.
Los Angeles is a 4.5-point favorite against the AFC champions on their home turf. There are several paths to a Stafford win Sunday. These are just the three most likely ways the Rams raise their first Lombardi Trophy on the West Coast.
