North Berwick's iconic Lobster Shack has announced that it will now be open to customers all-year round instead of during the summer months.
The popular East Lothian harbour eatery, which usually attracts scores of hungry locals and tourists every summer, took to Instagram to drop the huge announcement on Monday evening.
As well as making it known they are open for business, the owner of The Lobster Shack, Stirling Stewart, confirmed that dishes such as lobster, crabs and prawns will be available throughout each month of the year.

Alongside the announcement by Stirling, the post was captioned: "We're thrilled to announce that we're breaking free from the seasonal norm! Starting now, we'll be open year-round, serving up delicious delights in all seasons. Please share the great news!"
Considered one of Scotland's best food experiences, The Lobster Shack fantastic shellfish offering will often result in long queues of hungry customers snaking around North Berwick Harbour.
Just a 30 minute drive from Edinburgh, the hugely popular seafood stall boasts an international reputation on account of its enticing menu, which includes the likes of seafood chowder, dressed crab, crab and prawn cocktail, classic breaded haddock and chips with tartare sauce, and of course, the star of the show, half or whole lobster with chips.
Users in the comments were quick to show their excitement over the major announcement. One wrote: "Best fish and chips I’ve ever tasted in my life - delish."
Another said: "Looking forward to a trip to NB soon," while a third added: "Oh my god yes!" The Lobster Shack is also fully licensed so you can enjoy it all with a cold beer, a crisp glass of wine or even prosecco.
