Iconic Canadian restaurant chain Tim Hortons has confirmed it will open in Liverpool later this year.
The restaurant chain, which now has more than 50 sites across the UK, will open its first restaurant and drive-thru in Aintree. The new site is expected to create more that 50 jobs in the local area.
Tim Hortons in Aintree will be serving the chain’s famed fresh coffee, delicious donuts and signature Timbits around the clock. It will also offer breakfast, lunch and evening meal options, including hot sandwiches, burgers and wraps.

The Chief Commercial Officer of Tim Hortons franchise in the UK said: “Our arrival in Merseyside is a momentous occasion for us as fans in the Liverpool area have made it one of the most requested locations we have ever had.
