Iceland fans are leaving rave reviews of an "amazing" dish said to "taste better than a takeaway".
The supermarket is well known for its popular items, with customers often keen to snap up everything from baked goods to pizza and desserts, and one product has shoppers talking. One fan has called it a "taste sensation".
Iceland's King Kebab House Doner Kebab Meat, priced at £4 - or £3.34 as part of a three for £10 deal - has an overall rating of 4.5 out of a possible five stars, with dozens of glowing reviews.

One happy customer said: "After reading the reviews so glad I got this I fried it in a little oil and had with the chip shop chips and hands down better then the local takeaway, highly recommended". A second said: "This is the best home kebab meat on the market The pity is Iceland don’t seem to have a good supply I would gladly by it by huge amounts it’s tasty and better than takeaway".
A third said: "Stock up on this every time I go to store as it doesn't last long in our [house]. Very moreish and kids love it. Even better than some takeaways." A fourth added: "If you like donner kebabs you are in for a taste sensation."
The dish is made from beef, chicken, lamb and mutton, before being seasoned with a "unique blend of spices". Tesco also sells a frozen doner kebab dish, with two filled pittas containing lamb cabbage and onions, for £2.50.
Alternatively, Waitrose sells a chicken shawarma spiced kebab for £8.
