Iceland is giving a handful of lucky customers the chance to win a heap of frozen food for free - but you'll have to keep your eyes peeled if you want to get one.
The frozen food specialists have released the new 'V.I.C (Very Important Chicks)' card which entitles shoppers to purchase from a range of 215 frozen chicken products, including both Iceland's own-brand food and its partnerships with other popular brands like TGI Fridays and My Protein. Just five of the cards have been hidden in Iceland stores across the country from today (Monday, May 15), with the promotion designed to "celebrate mums".
Iceland is also giving customers the chance to nominate someone to win one of the cards over on its Instagram page, with the winner set to be randomly selected on May 23 - meaning that just half a dozen shoppers will be getting their hands on one. If you're lucky enough to find one of the cards in your nearest Iceland branch, you'll need to show it to a staff member who will verify the win, The Mirror reports.

Samuel Robbins-Wells, Head of Category at Iceland, said: "Unlike other brands, our V.I.C card is created with mums in mind. We wanted to give back to the V.I.Cs who come to our stores for their weekly shop.
"As the home of many amazing partnerships and exclusives, all shoppers who visit us instore and online can make the most of the value we offer and pick from our varied range of frozen products to find something the whole family can enjoy."
Well-known for teaming up with big names such as like Greggs, Chiquito and Cathedral City, Iceland has earned praise from customers in recent months with dozens of new additions to its freezers, including extending its popular TGI Fridays range with the likes of loaded hash browns, pulled pork mac 'n' cheese, and caramelised biscuit cheesecake. The exclusive MyProtein selection of microwaveable meals released into stores at the start of the year was also hailed as "unreal" by shoppers.
The supermarket, which has more than 800 branches and 153 Food Warehouse stores across the UK, announced earlier this year that it would be closing a number of its shops. The North East has so far been unaffected by the closures in 2023.
