As the cost of living crisis continues to see supermarket shelf prices rise, Iceland are giving away Manchester Evening News readers 20 per cent off their weekly food shop to help their money go further.
Customers will be able to fill their freezer for less, and pick up much-needed essentials, like bread, milk, butter and more, thanks to an exclusive discount code.
The offer sees shoppers given £10 off a £50 spend, meaning families can stock up on their freezer favourites in store.

To access the deal, shoppers will need to pick up a copy of the Manchester Evening News today - or any of our national papers, such as The Mirror and Daily Star - to find the printed coupon.
Simply cut out and present the voucher at your nearest Iceland or Food Warehouse with your purchases to bag the tenner off deal.
The offer will run from today (Thursday, September 29), to closing time on Monday, October 3. The voucher cannot be used with any other voucher or discount, and they can only be redeemed once.
It’s the ideal opportunity to get those ‘big ticket items’ to put away for Christmas, too, such as the £21 turkey crown or air-fryer friendly beef roasting joint for £8.50. Huge Celebrations and Quality Street tubs are on offer for two for £8.
The- in-store only Iceland deal is exclusive to M.E.N readers who take their cut-out coupon to the checkout. All that’s left to do is write the shopping list!
