Iceland and Morrisons warnings with shoppers told not to eat chicken or curries

Morrisons, Iceland and Spar are recalling a number of products over safety fears.

It's time to check those kitchens again after a number of safety warnings were issued about food from supermarkets. When a product is recalled, for any reason, the Food Safety Agency (FSA) shares details on what you should do if you have bought the item, as well as detailed information on why the product is being pulled from shelves.

A number of products have been recalled in recent weeks, with some having used by dates as far as January 2024. With that in mind, it could be worth checking your kitchen cupboards, fridge and freezer to see if you have any of the items.
