Premier League legend and Match of the Day pundit Ian Wright spotted some 'brilliantly-worked' attention-to-detail from Eddie Howe during Bruno Guimaraes's opening goal in Newcastle United 5-1 win over Brentford yesterday afternoon.
The Magpies ran riot over the Bees yesterday afternoon as Brazilian maestro Bruno Guimarães headed home the opener after Kieran Trippier's deep cross before Jacob Murphy slotted another past David Raya for a two-goal lead.
Brentford striker Ivan Toney pulled one back for the visitors from the penalty spot after a Dan Burn handball but it only took Guimaraes two minutes in find his second with a lovely effort from outside of the box.

A poor back-pass from Bees defender Ethan Pinnock gave the ball to Miguel Almiron and the Paraguayan dispatched comfortably for his third in two games before Pinnock's day got even worse as he fumbled the ball into his own net after a Joelinton cross in the six-yard box.
Speaking on Match of the Day last night, Wright talked through the set piece to viewers, highlighting the preparation and execution from four different players to make the free header for the Brazilian.
"Obviously it just looks like a normal set-piece, looks very straight forward. The ball comes out to Kieran Trippier, we know how great he is at delivering but when you watch it again, you can see [Jacob] Murphy - he's waiting on the edge of the box.
"Then he goes late, that attracts [Bryan] Mbuemo, you look at Bruno and he's acting like 'Oh, I'm just going to do my laces up' but it's too late! The ball goes to Trippier and once it goes in, Dan Burn is blocking Ben Mee and that gives Guimaraes the free header.
"Brilliantly worked, really brilliantly worked."
Micah Richards also spoke about Newcastle's intensity, not just during the match but across the entire season, with MOTD showing a graph indicating the amount of high-press turnovers and the conversion of those into chances which the Magpies topped.
"We've seen this all season with Newcastle, though," the former Man City and England defender explained.
"It's not just how high they press, it's the amount of turnovers that they get which is just staggering. They're just a joy to watch - look at this graph here. 94 turnovers and then 17 ending in shots, it's just brilliant. You can see what they're trying to do, win the ball back high and get the shots away as quick as possible."
Teams below Newcastle on the chart were Manchester United on 87 and Leicester City, Liverpool, Southampton and Brentford all on 73 with only Leicester coming within one shot of Newcastle's strike tally.
