Ian Wright has fired a stark warning that Everton will be relegated if Farhad Moshiri does not change his ways.
Fan discontent reached an all-time high this season, with protests continuing long after the campaign’s conclusion at Goodison Park. Despite securing a dramatic 1-0 win over Bournemouth, chants of 'sack the board' echoed across Merseyside once the final whistle blew.
The Everton hierarchy have stayed clear of Goodison since earlier this year. While last season’s survival under Frank Lampard was billed as a one-off, the same mistakes have been made this time around - with the Toffees again staying up by the skin of their teeth.

Arsenal legend Wright has urged an overhaul at the club - insisting Moshiri needs to “repair” the relationship with the fans. He told Match of the Day: “Well, the amount of money that they’ve spent, they’ve not spent it wisely. The board haven't been there since January. The management side of things needs to change with respect to upstairs.
“That needs a total reboot. I think someone like Sean Dyche, he’s shown that he's capable, but the relationship between the owners and fans has to be repaired before they do anything else.
“Because, at the moment, the only thing that they've got left is those fans. Everton look like a (club) going nowhere. If they don't do that (repair relationship with fans), they won't get away again. They'll end up here again next season and maybe they won't get out of it with a great goal.”
Former Newcastle United and England striker Alan Shearer also hailed Sean Dyche for keeping Everton up against the odds. The Toffees were 19th and two points adrift from safety when the ex-Burnley boss was appointed earlier this year.
“Five wins under Sean and look at the 1-0s at home,” he added. “He knows his way around. He knows how to set up and organise.
“I mean in forward positions, they were really poor with only 34 goals and didn't have Calvert-Lewin for lots of this season. But what he had to work with defensively and a capable goalkeeper, he made them work hard. He knew that the attitude was there. And when you've got that, you've got a chance.”
