Ian McCall accepts his position as Partick Thistle manager is under threat after a 2-1 defeat to Morton.
The Jags were viewed as Championship title contenders heading into this season but they're eight points off top side Ayr United and four points off a promotion play-off spot, sitting in seventh after a sixth loss in seven games. Efe Ambrose opened the scoring for Morton but Thistle levelled through Anton Dowds, but Cameron Blues made sure the three points stayed in Cappielow on another dull for the Firhill side.
Next up for Partick Thistle is a huge home match against Arbroath and their manager admits it's one where losing is simply not an option amid their poor run. McCall said: “I’m under serious pressure. I’ve been in it long enough, I’ve been under pressure before, basically we need to win our next game. I’m confident I can turn it around, 100%."

Meanwhile, Queen's Park moved into fourth with a 2-1 win against Inverness. Billy McKay put the away side in front before Charlie Fox and Simon Murray goals sealed victory.
Next up for the Spiders is a trip to Raith Rovers. Manager Owen Coyle said of their latest win: "I was delighted with the performance.
"I thought from start to finish the performance was excellent. We were really pleasing on the eye and had some wonderful chances."
