Charu Asopa and Rajeev Sen have been fighting an ugly battle over their marriage issues. Charu and Rajeev tied the knot in June 2019 and have a one-year-old baby girl Ziana.
A few might remember that Charu was earlier engaged to her co-actor from Mere Angne Mein, Neeraj Malviya. Five years ago, the two had got engaged, but they called off the engagement around November 2017. When we mentioned Charu in a recent chat, Neeraj said, "I don't want to revisit the past. What is in the past is better kept in the past. Charu might be having issues in her marriage but I haven't kept track of it. I only wish her well and hope that everything works well for her and has a blessed life."
On the professional front, Neeraj has been focussing on writing and direction in the past 5 years. He said, "I would love to do TV, web or films, but I would not like to get boxed in any kind of roles. After Mere Angne Mein, I was offered many roles, but they were not meaty and I decided to take a break and focus on other things. But, I am open to acting and would love to take up good roles. In the past few weeks, I was in my hometown Bhopal but will be back in Mumbai soon."
On the personal front, Neeraj is single. "I am looking for compatibility and someone who will be a good friend. In the past few years, I was occupied with other work commitments, so I haven't really found someone and am single," he said.
