The internet has gifted us with a variety of hilarious petty revenge stories over the years, where people hope to get back on their ex-partners with savage pranks.
One woman has seemingly topped the scale as she claims to have sent grass to her ex-boyfriend's house.
Alyssia - who boasts more than 42,000 followers on TikTok account @kazancigil.liss - detailed how she angered her ex's mother after sending free samples of 'budget artificial grass' to the family home.
Since sharing the clip to the popular videos-streaming service, Alyssia's video has surpassed a whopping 2.1 million views to date.
"This is your sign to send grass samples to your ex's house," she explained.
In the viral clip, Alyssia shared screengrabs of a text conversation between herself and her ex - who she has kept anonymous.
Starting off the conversation, her ex sent a text, which read: "Did you send grass to my house?"
"Who's this?" She joked alongside a laughing emoji.
"You know who this is," he added. "Was it you who sent grass to my mum's house bcs she ent happy?"
"It wasn't me, why would I do that?" Alyssia replied.
The ex-boyfriend responded: "Ur the only bird with my address."
The TikToker said: "Well it wasn't me mate, wouldn't waste my time being petty over some boy. Hope you find who done it tho."
"Alright then cheers," the ex finalised.
Captioning the post of the hilarious clip, Alyssia wrote: "Hope u enjoyed ur grass xx."
Since sharing the video to TikTok, the woman's clip has raked in over 3,400 comments to date - where people were admittedly in hysterics over the ordeal.
One person wrote: "Hahhaha this is hilarious I would have asked is the grass greener tho".
"Why would his mum be annoyed or a piece of artificial grass?" A second questioned.
A third penned: "I'm sorry this hilarious as it's just one sample."
