A mum who has admitted struggling to get a job having been inked head to toe now says her dreams of a Guinness World Record may be hampered by one crucial catch.
Melissa 'Missy' Sloan from Wales gets three to four new designs a week etched into her skin "prison-style" by her boyfriend Luke, and even claims she has been banned by some parlours from getting any more.
But despite her fixation on becoming known worldwide for the most tattooed women, the mum-of-two says there is one major problem - she can't remember her number.
The record for Britain's most tattooed woman is currently held by Becky Holt, a Cheshire mum who has covered 95% of her body spending £35,000 on her love of ink over the years.
Charlotte Guttenburg from Florida meanwhile holds the title as the world's most inked woman - both alive now and ever - having covered an incredible 98.75% of her skin.
The 69-year-old also hold the record for the most number of feathers tattooed - 216, to be precise.
Missy, 46, now plans to dethrone Ms Holt to take the British accolade - she just needs to count them, first.
"I can't see people getting three or four tattoos a week, can you?" the mum-of-two told the Daily Star.
"It's just who I am. I've got to be the only one who is getting three or four done a week doing that, especially at that rate and being covered.
"I would love to have a Guinness World Record, but they're not going to have me in there – are they?
"Maybe not yet, but I will do though perhaps if I keep carrying on."
Despite tight competition with her rivals, Missy says she feels she is at least in with a good shot.
Unlike the two other women, Missy's face is also inked and is almost entirely covered with overlapping designs and admits she sometimes feels like a "Smurf".
"I'd like to be a record holder, it's just something different," the mum recently told The Mirror.
"I'm trying to get into the Guinness book of records.
"I've got three layers on my face, I probably have the most tattoos in the world, and if not then at the rate I'm going on I probably will have in the end - I keep going over and over them.
"I'd be proud, that's my goal - not many get in the book of records do they, I've only known two couples in there for tattoos - they were covered head to toe, and I think I've got more than them.
"I'm overlapping tattoos right now.
"When I finish I'll contact Guinness, my mum's passed away but if she was here she'd be proud of me - she always told me to do what I enjoy, and she'd tell me to keep getting them."
