As a shopping editor and a big fan of Shea, I always look forward to a new season drop from McGee & Co.. But the Summer 2025 collection might just be my favorite yet.
I've managed to get an early look at the just-launched collection, and for me, there are a few key pieces that are the real stars of the show. Of course, you can expect plenty of Shea signature styles from the McGee & Co. summer collection – a soft, earthy palette, plenty of natural textures, and lots of objects of desire to help you introduce some summer decor ideas into your space.
Taking her inspiration from the country to the coast, if you’re a lover of vintage or anything that gives off that sun-drenched, California-meets-Europe energy, you’re going to fall hard for what’s in store. And if you're thinking about refreshing your space for summer, this is the collection to start with. Here's a closer look at the standout pieces I can’t stop thinking about.

Full of summer-inspired, cottagecore designs and playful yet classic prints, this season, Shea has reimagined decorating with vintage with a line up of brand-new scalloped rattan pieces.
The standout for me? A gorgeous scalloped-edge rattan coffee table that feels plucked from a French antique market but with all the polish and function you’d expect from a McGee piece.
Teaming up with Sharland England, a beautifully British homeware label founded by fashion journalist and TV presenter Louise Roe, the Adeline Coffee Table and matching Side Table by the brand is now stocked at McGee & Co. to bring you their elegant, cottagecore pieces stateside. Plus, I dare you not to fall in love with the coordinating Hadley Tray and the shell-shaped Concha Dish...
Rattan will always remain a designer favorite, but when you combine it with a curved silhouette and handwoven scallops, it feels totally elevated – I can only imagine what it would do for my living room style kudos. I'll be racing you to the checkout for this one.
Created in Sharland England's caramel-stained natural rattan, the Adeline coffee table blends old and new for a beautifully unique piece. It's warm and kitsch yet remains totally chic.
For a smaller introduction to the brand, you can shop the Hadley Tray. Adding texture and charm to your coffee table styling ideas, this wavy piece is a star buy.
If you'd struggle to fit the coffee table into your space (it quite a sizeable piece) the 29 x 24" side table, also named Adeline, will bring the same level of whimsy to the side of your couch or even your bedside.

Describing the entire collection as 'an invitation to celebrate and romanticize the everyday luxuries that come when the days get warmer and longer,' Shea looked to the South for her summer inspiration.
'We're trying to create the feeling of warm, Southern summer, and I was really inspired by imagery of Charleston, and just that Southern grace and charm,' Shea explained in her latest webisode. 'I love the traditional elements, the classic palette, the bright, happy feeling, and wanted to evoke that in all of these looks.'
Speaking of spotlight designs, Shea speaks of her love of the Townes lighting launches and the Claire Side Table [seen above]. 'It has this really great turned leg in an oak finish. This works really great alone, but I can also set a little lamp, or a potted plant, or a stack of books,' says Shea. 'It's great – also I love a stool because it can act as a side table, but then it can also be a functional stool,' she advises of this versatile piece.
The summer drop has lots of new siblings to already launched collections like the all-new Etienne Stool, the Dana 2-Drawer Console that Shea has styled up in an entry, and the Phipps Woven Bench that is a play on the ever-popular Phipps coffee table. 'When selecting foundational pieces in a room, I always like to make sure that I can transition them through the seasons,' Shea advises when shopping for larger pieces.

The entire collection is the perfect mix of relaxed and refined. Exactly how I want my home to feel when the weather warms up. Below, I share my 9 top favorites that I'll be adding to basket alongside Adeline.
Shea and I share a love of bobbins, and the turned legs on this vintage-inspired stool have really caught my eye. As Shea advises, style it as an accent stool in the kitchen or bathroom or a useful side table with a lamp by the sofa.
While this hand-painted platter is currently on a waitlist, the backorder is only a few weeks to get your hands on this European-style serving platter. Oozing with summer freshness, it's a must-have for hosting.
While Shea sings the praises of the Townes chandelier, I love the little wall sconces that feature really classic brass details topped with a simple tapered linen shade. It's timeless yet refined.
You can always rely on Shea to bring some coastal vibes, and these little shell-shaped bowls are so adorable. Available as a set of 4 with beige, blue, cream, and pink tones, they're great for hosting or hanging on the wall.
There are plenty of lovely new seating pieces in the collection, but the Maebh dining chair with its warm oak frame and pebble gingham fabric feels so cozy. Perfect for relaxed or elegant gatherings.
I've yet to meet a block-print, vintage-inspire floral that I didn't love, and the Evren pillow is no exception to the rule. Bringing a rustic feel, this 100% cotton cover has a double-sided weave and will make a timeless addition to your couch.
This slate blue painted nightstand brings just the right hint of color to your bedroom. It's made in a classic style with clean lines and finished with brass hardware to give it that designer touch.
Does it get any more playful than these lobster claw picks? Perfect for serving up seafood al fresco, these red blown glass lobsters are food-safe and bring coastal fun to a spread.
In addition to the rattan pieces, among the Sharland England collection is a range of gorgeous splattered ceramics, including this terracotta and cream vase that cuts a striking silhouette. Fill with seasonal blooms for a spring update.
I have a feeling these won’t stay in stock for long, but if you're looking for more budget-friendly McGee designs, take a peak at Shea McGee's new outdoor collection at Target. And, of course, keep your eyes peeled for her new Threshold designed w/Studio McGee Target collaboration for her summer new-in finds.
