I'm an avid and regular bathroom cleaner, and this has, until now, meant having multiple cleaning products and tools to help me do a thorough job.

After putting this cleaning system to the test to clean my bathroom for the past month, I love the way it dusts, cleans, and stores neatly in even the smallest of spaces – so much so that I've since gotten rid of all my other mops, dusters and scrubbers.
Why I love the new Joseph Joseph cleaning system
This Joseph Joseph six-piece set makes bathroom cleaning a breeze, with a non-slip extension pole for reaching tricky areas and five different attachment heads for every crack and crevice. I've been able to get rid of lots of other bulky tools as a result.
When I first saw this cleaning system, I knew it was something I had to try. Like all Joseph Joseph products, it's clever, innovative, high-quality and effortlessly user-friendly. Armed with my new cleaning kit, I headed to my bathroom to give it a whirl.
First things first, I started with the 3-in-1 duster, which comes complete with a storage sheath, to get rid of dust in the bathroom. I'm a firm believer in the dry/damp cleaning rule being the crucial key to a sparkling bathroom, and this duster made removing dust from every surface, nook and cranny easy, with a handily washable microfiber head.
Like all the other attachments, it can be attached to the telescopic pole for cleaning up high and down low or used handheld. The CleanTech™ Telescopic Extension Pole is available at Joseph Joseph separately or as part of the set. I immediately knew I was going to love this product.
Next, I decided to tackle cleaning my tile floors, something which I find laborious and often neglect. With the 2-in-1 tile scrubber it was more than easy, though – it was even enjoyable.
After mixing up a bucket of warm water and Flash Clean & Shine All Purpose Cleaner Lemon available at Amazon, I got to work. Firstly, I used it to clean my shower, scrubbing both the floor tiles and wall tiles, including those up high, which was made easy by the extension pole. Then I worked my way from one corner of the bathroom to the doorway, and left the door open to allow it to dry.
Afterward, my tiles were scrubbed and clean, but I still wanted to give my grout a good and properly deep clean. I've never really known the best way to clean shower grout, but with a simple click the tile scrubber reduces to less than half the size, ideal for reaching narrow dirt and grime along grout lines, which also makes it super convenient to clean mold in the shower and elsewhere.
Once my floors were dry and gleaming, I then decided to test out the 3-in-1 detail brush, which reminded me of the scrubbing brush that Punteha van Terheyden, head of Solved, recently tried out.
She said, 'I can't see how I lived without one before! After scouring the internet for a suitable brush for cleaning shower tracks, I tested one out and was amazed at the amount of soap scum and hidden grime it pulled out.'
Much like Punteha, I had the same reaction when using the Joseph Joseph version, which I paired with my beloved Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day Multi-surface Cleaner in Lilac, available at Walmart.
I used it to scrub my plugholes, around my faucets, and on any particularly stubborn mold stains in the shower, which genuinely required little to no elbow grease and brought out heaps of dirt and grime that I didn't even know existed. I shared with Chiana Dickson, content editor on Solved, how perfect it would be for the rage cleaning method she tested and loved, so that's a plus, too!
Finally, I decided it was high time I clean my bathtub. I hate this cleaning job almost as much as I love having a bath, as there's just something so awkward about leaning over the bath and giving it a good scrub. With the new telescopic pole, that's a thing of the past.
I popped the 2-in-1 surface scrubber onto the pole, which is also machine washable, and immediately noted the ease at which I was able to clean that stubborn bath soap scum line. Its presence is inevitable if you're a bath-lover like me, but at least now it's easily removable. I then used the surface scrubber without the pole to reach any areas I had missed, using both the softer and rougher sides for a perfect clean finish.
I haven't had a chance to use the 2-in-1 glass cleaner to clean my glass shower doors, but I have seen it in action at the Joseph Joseph showroom, and I know it will be just as useful and effective as the rest of the set. This is especially handy for me as my glass doors are a particular problem area. I will update this article when I've tested it on there.
My verdict
I love all the Joseph Joseph cleaning system products I've tested so far, and I especially appreciate the fact that the set comes complete with a mounted storage organizer, perfect for storing these essential cleaning tools everyone needs in even the smallest of spaces. You can use it inside a cabinet door, too, so you're freeing up shelf space.
The CleanTech kit is an investment well worth making, and I've already been spreading the word to friends and family. Who knew cleaning a bathroom could incite such satisfaction?
