I tried the new Fabulosa £3 bodycare products and one smelt 'heavenly'

Fabulosa has recently launched a new range that’s very different to its usual household cleaning products, and I got to try some products out.

The family-owned business is very popular amongst shoppers, who praise the brand for its range of nice smelling anti-bacterial sprays and disinfectants. Some of their products even smell like high-end perfumes, which is why it comes as no surprise that they’ve launched their own bodycare products.

I managed to pick up the ‘blueberry sugar’ exfoliating body wash and the ‘pixie dust’ hand and body lotion both priced at £3 each. You can purchase the exfoliating body wash and body lotion on the Fabulosa website.

The Pixie Dust Body Lotion

Described as providing ‘silky hydration’ with added shea butter, sunflower sweet almond oil, this product is priced at £3 and suitable for vegans. It comes in the classic Fabulosa packaging we all know and love, in a 250ml bottle.

The first thing I noticed about this lotion was the smell, it was a really sweet refreshing scent and it had a thick buttery consistency. I smoothed it onto my after having a shower and it rubbed in really easily.

What I really liked about this lotion was the fact that it didn’t make my skin feel tacky. It dried really quickly and left my skin smelling amazing.

You get a lot of product for £3, I’ve bought lotions before from Lush where a 215g of product cost £18, so Fabulosa is offering some seriously good value with this lotion. It left my skin feeling super smooth and fresh in seconds and I’ll definitely be using it again.

The Blueberry Sugar Exfoliating Body Wash

Now this stuff smelt absolutely heavenly, trust me. I’ve never used an exfoliating body wash that smelt so good, almost good enough to eat!

It looked absolutely beautiful in a glittery blue colour, and went onto my skin like butter. The fragrance was strong, but not too strong, leaving a nice fruity scent on the skin.

The deep blue colour of the body wash was so unique and it was a real treat rubbing it onto my skin in the shower. I was left with lovely soft skin, and followed by the lotion, I basically felt like I’d been to a spa.
