I tried the Glossybox x Rituals beauty bundle and I'm glowing ready for summer

Monthly beauty box subscription favourite Glossybox, has teamed up with wellness brand Rituals to produce an indulgent new beauty bundle and I was lucky enough to be able to try one.

Filled with £95 worth of luxury products I couldn't wait to transform my humble bathroom into my very own spa retreat.

Featuring a total of six full-size products, the Glossybox X Rituals Limited Edition beauty box looked and smelt divine and it was my absolute pleasure to try out every single one of them.

The box contains six full-size products (The Mirror)

All of the products are designed to be used together to create an absolute haven of relaxation in your own bathroom, or one at a time for just a little bit of indulgence.

As per the ethos of the Rituals brand, they have been created to help us find the time to make our own rituals that focus on well-being and self-care.

Using signature fragrances and ancient traditions, the new Glossybox collaboration is a real treat.

Here's what was in it:

The Ritual of Ayurveda Candle - (Worth £12.50)

Apparently designed to "illuminate your path to inner harmony" this candle came in a stunning red glass votive and smelt divine.

Once lit, the scent made me think of old-fashioned sweets and bouquets of flowers, although officially the fragrance is based on Indian rose and sweet almond oil. It had a slow, steady burn and honestly, I rather liked it.

Ritual of Hamman Mini Diffuser - (Worth £16.50)

As with all diffusers in my household, this one will no doubt find its way to the guest bathroom or cloakroom so that my visitors think we are a bit posh.

Before it disappears though, the beautiful blue bottle with its scent of eucalyptus and rosemary smelt so good that I am hoping to replace the scent when it runs out.

Ritual of Mehr Body Scrub - (Worth £16.50)

While I was worried that a "ritual" of body scrub sounded a little painful and extreme, turns out it was just a delicious-looking tub of invigorating body scrub with the scent of orange and cedar.

I only used a little, but it had a nonsticky texture and it felt lovely.

Ritual of Sakura Body Cream – (Worth £20.50)

Rituals say that this is one of their best-selling body creams. Apparently, it has been created using "special technology" that gives it a velvety-rich feel that is easy to apply.

When I opened up the sizeable 200ml tub, it smelt like roses and it did feel lovely and smooth on the skin.

I did think though, that it might be a little too rich for more delicate skin as it left my lower legs feeling slightly tingly after use.

Ritual Of Jing Pillow & Body Mist - (Worth £19.50

I love a good pillow mist! The thought of resting my head on a cloud of delicious scents is one of my favourite things.

Heavy on the lavender, this one didn't smell much different to other brands I have tried, but it was very pleasant nonetheless.

The delicate green bottle is pretty enough to grace any bedside table, and the 50ml should last through many nights of restful sleep.

Ritual of Ayurveda Shower Foam - (Worth £9.50)

Personally, I would have preferred a bath soak to a shower foam, as trying to recreate the feeling of a spa day when standing up doesn't feel quite as relaxing.

That said, this lathered up nicely and had that same gorgeously sweet scent of Indian rose and sweet almond oil as the matching Ayurvedic candle.

The Limited Edition Glossybox X Rituals will be available at the reduced price of £30 to subscribers. To get the Limited Edition box at the special offer price, sign up to Glossybox today.
