Last, the Revolution Miracle Cream almost broke the internet as it was restocked online. The £10 budget beauty buy sold out in hours, having shifted one every six seconds since the restock.
The Revolution Pro Miracle Cream has managed to climb the beauty ranks, earning cult-status for being ‘‘great value’ and ‘amazing’ product that is giving luxury brands a run for its money.
The reason the moisturiser is so popular is because it’s said to be a dupe of the much more expensive Charlotte Tilbury magic cream , which comes in at £75 for a 50ml pot.

I managed to get my hands on the skincare saviour a few months ago, and have put it to the test against my trusty Charlotte Tilbury product - and the results really shocked me.
The Revolution Pro Miracle Cream was launched in May where it sold out twice, the second time of which it took just 48 hours. Since then, the cream racked up a waitlist of a staggering 10,000 people.
Upon restock last week, Revolution reported that 10 bottles of the cream were being sold every minute - that’s 600 an hour and one every six seconds.
By comparison, Charlotte Tilbury's award-winning Magic Cream was created backstage to transform models' skin in an instant. It soon became so cult that Charlotte was compelled to 'bottle' her secret formula, which has gone on to win 11 awards. Both products offering extremely impressive stats.
The Revolution dupe comes in an orange pot with a gold lid, and while packaging is usually the tell-tale sign of a dupe, the budget beauty brand doesn’t seem to have taken inspiration here, with the Charlotte Tilbury product coming in a geometric, transparent tub - albeit with a gold lid.
Their names do share some similarities, though, with Revolution’s named Miracle Cream , and the designer brand opting for Magic Cream, both suggesting mindblowing results.
Both contain super-hydrating hyaluronic acid, which is great for replenishing skin and is in most of my favourite skincare products. Other skin-loving ingredients in the Revolution bargain beauty buy include Niacinamide, Vitamin C, and Shea Butter - making it suitable for all skin types.
I’ve been using the Charlotte Tilbury cream as my nightly moisturiser for years, but could it be swapped out for a younger, cheaper, Gen Z model? I swapped my trusty £75 product for the £10 dupe for a month and honestly - there wasn’t a great deal of difference between them.
Both creams share a similar consistency - a nice medium-weight cream that’s easy to apply and absorbs quickly. Applying them to the skin, I expected to see differences, but they feel almost identical, with no greasy residue or sticky formulas. They just melt into the skin like a dream.
And I’m not the only one who thought there was little to no difference between Revolution and Charlotte Tilbury’s products - beyond the price, of course.
The #promiraclecream has got a jaw-dropping 9.8 million views on TikTok and beauty fans are obsessed.
In @makeupwithalixkate ’s TikTok review of the Miracle Cream which has 21.7K views, she raves saying ‘’I think we’ve found a Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream Dupe. Revolution Pro are at it once again and they have bought out the Miracle Cream.’’
She puts the two to a test side by side saying, ‘’It does have a thin texture like the Charlotte Tilbury one. Both sides of my face give very similar effects in the sense they are both very dewy with a nice natural glow. They also feel exactly the same. It’s actually crazy. If the CT is way out of your price range, I would just go ahead and purchase the Revolution Pro Miracle Cream.’’
TikToker @emmacmua also shared her review of the new release and does a similar side-by-side review with the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream saying, ‘’Honestly they feel exactly the same. Wow. Revolution Pro Miracle Cream 10/10, would definitely recommend.’’
The Revolution formula is said to transform dull complexions in just four weeks, and after swapping my night cream over for a month, my skin suffered no ill effects. It was still smooth, hydrated and felt plump after application, even in spite of the heatwave, which felt like it was on a personal mission to attack my skin.
I was expecting my skin to break out following a change in formula, but it was pretty happy to be pampered by the new budget brand.
Glowing reviews of the cream have also flocked to the site with, JodyKW saying: ‘’Perfect Dupe for CT Magic Cream. This stuff is beautiful. Side by side with CT it’s exactly the same in appearance. You can’t tell the difference. The ingredients are the same too. It’s the most perfect primer for make-up I’ve ever used. I love that Revolution make these ridiculously priced icons totally affordable.’’
Tina B added: ‘’Absolutely love this cream - lightweight but very moisturising. I have sensitive skin but I have found this actually calms my skin right down. My complexion looks plumper and more even. Would highly recommend this and the price is fantastic!!’’
After using the Miracle Cream for a month, it’s safe to say that the hype around this viral sensation is well and truly justified. The proof is in the sales and if you want to get your hands on the £10 Revolution buy, I suggest you move quickly, because this is certain to sell out again within the next few days. I’m so pleased I’ll now be able to save £65 every time I need a new moisturiser.
