Boots are famous for its annual 70 percent, with huge bargains to be found on popular beauty brands.
It has become a yearly tradition for the high-street cosmetics retailer to launch a clearance sale on leftover stock in the final weeks of January.
The sale has become legendary amongst shoppers looking for epic savings across a range of different departments such as skincare, haircare and beauty products.
Now the sale is back in stores and savvy shoppers are able to pick up some leftover Christmas stock, with some items selling for as little as £9.
Which is exactly why I decided to head down to my local Boots store located in the Bon Accord Centre in Aberdeen to see what was on offer.
This year's sale included some major savings across quite a few of the retailers best-selling advent calendars and beauty sets - including Soap and Glory, Harry Potter and Mad Beauty.
As it is a clearance sale, the amount of stock in each store will most likely differ and there may not be the same amount in each store.
While you can certainly head down to your local store to shop the sale, I have decided to pick out a few of the items that I think are worth a mention.
It is also worth mentioning, that I did notice that the 70% sale is only on offer in-stores, with online prices only offering up to 60% off the same products.
So, whether you are looking for a gift for someone special, or you just want to treat yourself, here are my top five picks from my local Boots clearance sale.

This magical cosmetics set is a regular best-seller amongst Boots shoppers, which is why it is worth picking it up for much less if you can.

It's the hugely popular gift set that regularly sells out in Boots every Christmas time - which means that this is one of the best buys in the sale.
This glorious kit contains 13 pampering goodies that are some of the brands best-selling products, including the Vitamin C Facial Wash and Thick and Fast High Definition Mascara.
Mad Beauty Disney Princess Mega Book Tin
Price: £9 (down from £30.)
Let your inner child out with this super cute Disney princess themed gift set that is down to less than a tenner.
The set includes a range of pampering delights, including lip balms, bath salts and face masks.
Profusion Cosmetics Advent Calendar
Price: £9 (down from £30.)
I know it's too early to mention Christmas, but this offer is a brilliant time to grab an advent calendar that won't break the bank.
This kit includes 25 days of make-up goodies from eye-shadow palettes and highlighters to lip gloss gloss tippers.
Macmillan Advent Calendar For Him
Price: £25.50 (down from £85.)
This is one of the biggest savings that I managed to find in-store and it is also all for a good cause.
£2 from each calendar is usually donated to Macmillan Cancer Support and it is perfect for any man looking for some grooming goodies from designer brands, including No.7, Joules and Liz Earle.
