Browsing through Aldi's iconic 'middle aisle' section is truly a wondrous experience.
The budget supermarket's eclectic range of items - also known as SpecialBuys- has gained a legion of fans who wait patiently for the newest items every Tuesday and Thursday.
From sell-out hanging egg chairs to children's toys, the German grocer's middle aisle is truly a treasure trove of unique items that you didn't know you needed.
Let's face it, how many times have you went in for your weekly groceries only to walk out with an ironing board or new kettle?
Don't worry, we have all done it. And I, for one, am a shopper who can't resist a quick trip down the iconic middle aisles, even if I have just popped in for some bread and milk.
Last time I ventured into Aldi's middle aisle was quite a while ago, but I did manage to find quite a few of the supermarket's top-rated SpecialBuys that shoppers were raving about.
From the TikTok sensation Squishmallows to the viral pet furniture, their Specialbuys range had everything shoppers could have wanted at the time.
So, I was truly excited to see what I would find this time after I decided to head to my local Aldi based at the Cornhill Shopping Arcade in Aberdeen.
And, let me tell you, that I was once again not disappointed with the range of interesting SpecialBuys for this week. From skincare and candles to homeware and kids toys, this week was an Aladdin's cave of budget buys.
So, without further ado, here were my top five highlights from this week's SpecialBuys range.
