A fitness influencer has left her fans baffled after sharing a vid that demonstrates how she can make her heavily pregnant belly suddenly disappear, as if by magic.
Taking to TikTok, 27-year-old Tammy Hembrow - who goes by the username @tammyhembrow - uploaded a clip of herself wearing silver high-waisted leggings and a matching crop top, baby bump clearly visible.
To the sound of KyleYouMadeThat's Poof Be Gone, the Australian Instagram fitness star - who is six months pregnant - can be seen 'vacuuming' her bump away in a matter of seconds, simply by taking a big deep breath in.
The video concludes with her laughing and clutching her stomach, apparently not being in any discomfort despite the dramatic effect.

This marks Tammy's third pregnancy, with the gym expert already mum to son Wolf, six, and daughter Saskia, five.
She's continued to share workout advice throughout her pregnancy, with vids showing her lifting weights and keeping her back strong to reduce aches.
Many have been left understandably puzzled by the clip, unable to work out where exactly the bump had gone or how she was even managing to do such a thing in the first place.
A number of people wondered how the baby might be experiencing things, with one person exclaiming: "BABY: "WHY MY HOUSE IS BEING SMALL, SEND HELP", while another joked: "Baby: 'mom I already told you I’m claustrophobic'”.
However, Tammy was quick to reassure her followers that what she was doing was perfectly safe, explaining that it's like "hugging the baby".
She added: "I have to do it when I train, super good for your core doing it throughout pregnancy".
Tammy is here trying an exercise known as the Bloom Method, which was first pioneered by Colorado-based pre and post-natal fitness expert Brooke Cates.
When practising this method, pregnant women expand and contract their abdominal muscles using diaphragmatic breathing. The babies inside their wombs are pushed deeper into their abdomen as they inhale, and pressed forward as they exhale.
Speaking with Today back in 2017, Cates said: "The reason the belly gets smaller is not because the woman is sucking in, but because she's using her inner core unit.
"She's inhaling with the diaphragm as the belly gets bigger and then on the exhale, she's lifting through the pelvic floor and starting to wrap the transverse abdominal muscles — it's like she's using her muscles to hug her baby".
