I'm A Celebrity viewers turn on Toff after Janice Dickinson remarks as some find it 'hilarious'

I'm A Celebrity... South Africa fans have been left unimpressed by Georgia 'Toff' Tofolo after originally pitting her as the winner of the new spin-off series. The new version of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here kicked off last week and sees a bunch of former campmates return to battle it out for 'All Star' status.

With no public vote, the memorable stars from the ITV reality show's 20-year history will go head-to-head in a series of challenges before the last one standing becomes the first-ever 'I'm A Celebrity Legend'.

Former Made In Chelsea star Toff instantly delighted viewers last week when she made a late entry into camp in the new setting of Kruger National Park, instead of the Australian jungle, alongside Coronation Street star Andy Whyment and singer-turned-presenter Myleene Klass.

They were quick to suggest the 'legend' status be given to her after she took on her first trial with no fuss, earning her place in main camp alongside the likes of former Countdown star Carol Vorderman, ex-Corrie star Helen Flanagan, retired boxer Amir Khan and former royal butler Paul Burrell.

But the mood appears to have changed after remarks she made about former supermodel Janice Dickinson. During Monday night's episode (May 1), the celebrities were seen gathered around the campfire and were treated to Janice serenading them, revealing she had recorded an album.

The 68-year-old gave it her all and delighted many of her co-stars who gave her applause before joining in with the singing themselves. Toff was one of those who clapped Janice but in the privacy of the Bush Telegraph, she appeared to hint that Janice wasn't looking her best.

Making a direct comment against her appearance instead of her vocal abilities, Toff said: ""I am criminally obsessed with Janice Dickinson," the 28-year-old started by confessing before comparing her to an iconic Harry Potter character. "She sits up, she sort of looks like Hagrid, but she's kind of rocking it," she added. "And she just blurts out 'oh yeah I just dropped an album like three weeks ago', and I'm like 'what'?!"

And while @alishx__ tweeted: "Toff saying Janice looked like Hagrid was hillarious#ImACeleb," not everyone seemed as amused. @TheRealZoeMBE siad: "NOT TOFF CALLING JANICE HAGRID #ImACeleb." @Speedqueenie commented: "Imagine saying supermodel and legend, Janice Dickinson looks like Hagrid #ImACeleb." @realseanslater added: "Get toff off now she called janice hagrid #imacele."

Toff also left viewers taken aback when it was revealed that Helen, Amir and Myleene would be taking part in the ‘World’s End’ challenge which saw them having to climb a tower suspended over the edge of a mountain 1,100 metres high - the shiw's highest-ever challenge.

But as Helen prepared for the task, which comes 10 years after she was seen refusing a number of trials during her appearance in the jungle, Toff, who won the show back in 2017, had some 'savage' words for her. Toff told Helen: "You’ve got to do better this time. Sorry to be savage, but you have to."

@zBxDoctor gasped: "Not Toff just telling Helen to do better." @JenSmith_x tweeted: "‘You have to do better!’ Alright Toff chill out babe." And @upsteadkidd asked: "Why is Toff saying that to Helen??"
