Jill Scott has been installed as the bookies' favourite to be crowned the winner of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here. But ex-England rugby star Mike Tindall is close behind the former Lioness in the list of odds as both make an impression on the public.
Odds on Scott being crowned queen of the jungle are currently at 6/5, as Mike comes in at 11/4. Sam Boswell, spokesman for the betting firm BetVictor, said: "Jill Scott is still leading the way as favourite to win this year’s I’m a Celeb at 6/5, she has dominated the market since the series started. Former rugby player Mike Tindall is close behind her at 11/4.
"Matt Hancock’s odds have been slashed from 33/1 before he entered the jungle, to now 6/1.
"The public have voted him to face every Bushtucker trial since he joined the camp as a latecomer and he has recently been voted Camp Leader. Owen Warner also comes in at 6/1."
The favourites have been named by bookies as the camp prepares for the first eviction of the series this Friday.
And in terms of the first to go, Loose Women host Charlene White looks likely to sent packing, according to the bookies, with odds of 11/10. Sue Cleaver and Scarlette Douglas are also believed to be at risk on Friday, according to BetVictor.
Mr Boswell added: "In our elimination market Charlene White dominates the betting, as she’s 11/10 to be voted out first. Matt Hancock voted her as his deputy camp leader on Sunday night so the pair may ruffle a few feathers.”
"For the rest of the elimination market, Scarlette Douglas is 4/1, whereas Sue Cleaver and Matt Hancock are both at 6/1."
