I'm A Celebrity' s Seann Walsh has told how he finds life stressful and fears he will become 'madder' the older he gets.
The comedian, 36, is 'so disorganised' he sometimes forgets to eat when he is not in the jungle, and he feels "genuinely concerned" that one day he will be so "hangry" - hungry and angry at the same time - he will go on a rage-filled rant at restaurant staff.
He said: "I was hangry again the other day. I keep getting myself in positions where I'm becoming hungry and I shouldn't.
"I'm so disorganised. I find life so unbelievably overwhelming that I can't fit in bits where I get to eat, so then I end up being hungry and therefore, I end up being hangry.
"I think it's fair to say that men, in particular, get more mad as they get older.
"I'm worried, really genuinely concerned that one day I'm going to go to order food at a bar and they're going to go, 'Sit down and we'll come to you,' and I'll go, 'No! I just want to order some f***ing food, you said this is a f***ing restaurant, I know what I want, just f***ing give it to me!'
"Do you know what I mean? They're there by the screen that they're going to have to put the order into anyway, so just take down the order. I'm going to have to sit back down, you're going to come to me, take the order."
Seann has had plenty of practice of going without much food during his time on I'm A Celebrity, and has regularly been seen looking devastated when he and his campmates have lost out on daily treats from the ITV show's Kiosk Kev.
But the star - who has been given a second chance by the public after his 2018 Strictly Come Dancing snog with his pro partner Katya Jones, which saw him dubbed a love rat as they were both in relationships - admits he cannot stand it when he finally gets his food in a restaurant only to be interrupted by a waiter.
Speaking on an episode of his What's Upset You Now? podcast, which was released this week, he added: "Then the food comes along, the food is fine, I'm eating the food.
"I'm just tired and I don't want to be rude to people and you know when your mouth is open, a really unattractive stance to be in, where your mouth is wide open, you've almost gone a bit boss-eyed and you're about to take a bite of the food.
"I'm literally there and then someone comes over, 'Are you enjoying your food?' Like, fing just look at me. Where is your common sense? Does this really look like the time to be asking me if I'm enjoying my food? I wasn't getting a chance to. Don't make me the bad guy.
"Imagine being in a hotel room, you're with your loved one and you've not had much time together and you think, 'Let's have sex.' You enter your partner, and you're about to kiss and the receptionist just pops their head up and goes, 'Are you enjoying your stay?' "
I'm A Celebrity continues tonight at 9PM on ITV.
