Property guru Scarlette Douglas has split from her boyfriend of two years Lyndrik Xela, just as she arrives in Australia to head into the jungle for ITV's I'm A Celebrity.
As she gets ready to head into the jungle, the star has admitted she would like a jungle romance during her time in camp for the ITV series.
The 35-year-old TV presenter was confirmed as the ninth campmate for this year's series. She was a regular presenter on A Place In The Sun for seven years before leaving to front property show Worst House On The Street on Channel 4.
After landing and becoming the ninth celeb Down Under, Scarlette told Mirror: "I am looking for love potentially, haha. I just like a good honest and trustworthy man, thats it.
"But I did hear there might be a man in the jungle with a good set of muscles. So if I head to the jungle I would like to see a muscley guy. I am looking for a Tarzan out there."
The star split from boyfriend and The Voice star Lyndrik Xela earlier this year.
A source told The Sun : "They split quietly earlier this year - it was difficult with her schedule and his career.
"She was upset when it first happened, but she is doing okay now and is looking forward to her I'm A Celeb journey."
Talking about her reservations about heading to the jungle, Scarlette told us: "I am not the best with creepy crawlies and I hear they are supersized here so wish me luck with that.
"I am more of a glamper so this is going to be interesting if I was to go camping.
"I am super competitive and I have two older brothers so I have always had to compete for the limelight being the only girl. I am really looking forward to getting stuck in."
She said it will be hard to be without her mobile phone and is worry about "not being warm and cosy and clean".
She said: "If you are in a show like this you do want to win but it is more about the experience, making new friends, a new family and just enjoying something that not many people get the chance to do."
In August, Scarlette left Channel 4's A Place In The Sun after seven years to focus on a new show, Worst House On The Street, with her brother.
She joins the likes radio DJ Chris Moyles, royal family member Mike Tindall, footballer Jill Scott, Love Island star Olivia Attwood and soap stars Sue Cleaver and Owen Warner in Australia and confirmed to be taking part in the jungle series.
The tenth celebrity is will land shortly as they have to isolate for a week before the show starts and it is expected to be singer Boy George.
