Love Island star Olivia Attwood has spoken out after she was forced to walk from the I’m a Celebrity jungle less than 24 hours after the show began.
Rumours began swirling after the 31-year-old quit on medical grounds last Monday (November 7), though there has been no confirmation exactly why she had to leave, the Mirror reports.
Speaking about her early exit, she has now told the Mail Online: "I was absolutely devastated. I'm not a crier but I started to cry, it was so emotional, and I was heartbroken and gutted."

Attwood was seen jetting from Brisbane to Manchester airport, after concerns were raised by a member of the I’m a Celebrity crew following a standard test that the celebs do behind the scenes during the series.
It was ITV’s choice to remove the star from the jungle, who is said to be “heartbroken” with the decision and will offer more details soon.
At the time of her departure, a friend said: "Olivia was very keen to continue and was gutted when she was told that having left camp for tests she was not going back. Her I'm A Celebrity journey was only just beginning and she is devastated."
In ITV's original statement on Attwood leaving, a spokesman said: "As a precautionary measure Olivia needed to leave the jungle to undergo some medical checks. Unfortunately, the medical team has advised it is not safe for Olivia to return to camp as there needs to be further investigation. She has been absolutely brilliant and she'll be very much missed on the show.”
Her departure saw TV bosses bring in their controversial contestant early - disgraced MP Matt Hancock. He has sent shockwaves through the camp as his popularity among fellow campmates remains low.
