I'm A Celebrity's Babatunde Aleshe causes 'concern' amongst fans over latest vote

I'm A Celebrity viewers were left concerned about Babatunde Aleshe's future on the show, after he landed in 'the bottom two on Sunday night, despite Ant and Dec claiming the result was given in 'no particular order.'

Although he had a very shaky start to life on the ITV show, after going to pieces during the horrific Walk the Plank challenge, shouting those famous words "I'm A Celebrity Get Me out of Here," before even setting foot in the jungle, Celebrity Gogglebox star and comedian Babtunde quickly became a real fan favourite, with him causing a real stir with his direct comments to Matt Hancock over his Downing Street cheating scandal in a hilarious scene from the first week.

Some I'm A Celebrity viewers have hit out at producers for not giving Babatunde enough air time and they were left both angry and concerned when he was told he 'might be' in danger of going home by hosts Ant and Dec, as they revealed the results of the second public vote on Sunday. Although it ended up being Scarlette Douglas who got her marching orders, Babatunde looked crestfallen by what happened, right as viewers at home were voicing concerns on his behalf.

As Scarlette headed out of camp, one worried viewer took to Twitter to post: "That was a close one for Babatúndé! Please vote for him. He can’t be next to leave. And I’m not pleased Scarlette is out. Wrong bottom two." A second fumed: "BABATUNDE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN IN THE BOTTOM TWO," with another referencing the memorable Matt Hancock chat, as they reacted: "Also Babatunde in the bottom 2?? You was grabbing booty bruv is the highlight of this series."

Others were to quick out that Babtunde being let with Scarlette might not have necessarily meant he was in danger of going, although bookies definitely aren't ruling him out being the next to get the jungle boot, as he is second favourite to leave on Monday on odds of 11/4 behind Sue Cleaver on 7/4.
