I'm A Celebrity fans 'work out' who will leave jungle first - but it's 'not Matt Hancock'

I'm A Celebrity viewers think they've cracked the case over who is likely to leave the jungle first, in the looming vote-off.

But in a surprising turn of events, some viewers don't believe disgraced MP Matt Hancock will be the first to be axed.

Instead, viewers are guessing another campmate, Boy George, might end up getting the chop thanks to recent drama in camp.

It follows the singer's recent comments about Hancock, whose arrival sparked backlash with viewers - and caused tension in camp.

Boy George has made it clear he's no fan of Hancock, even considering quitting the jungle after the former Health Secretary entered camp.

More recently viewers have seen the singer making jibes at Hancock during a trial, and about him being Camp Leader, while he also laughed when the MP got stung by a scorpion.

Fans are now predicting his antics will not go down well with some viewers, and it could lead to him being voted out sooner rather than later.

Taking to Twitter, fans predicted he would be first to go - and that Hancock could survive on the show longer than his co-star.

One viewer said: "Boy George will be out first and Matt Hancock will win. That’s how predictable the #ImACeleb voting audience are and I’m calling it now."

Another agreed: "I be voting Boy George out, first, then Chris, then Sue then Mike. They are the ones to get rid of. They are all useless."

A third fan wrote: "Well - I think it’s Boy George out first!" as a fourth said: "Can we all agree to collectively vote boy George out the first chance we get?"

It comes as show insiders told The Mirror the first contestant could be kicked out of the I'm a Celebrity camp on Friday, and shamed MP Hancock is amongst the favourites for the chop.

I TV have an extended show on Friday night lasting for 95 mins, making it the longest show since the series launched on November 6. This extra time would give an evictee time to chat to Ant and Dec.

The last three series held in Australia also saw their first eviction on the Friday night of the second week of the series.

A TV source said: "Things can change quickly in camp, especially if someone was to quit, but at the moment we look all set for evictions to begin from Friday.

"Currently Charlene, Scarlette and Matt are the favourites to go with bookmakers. If there is a second eviction over the weekend it means there would be two chances for viewers to get Hancock out this week.

"So much has been made of him wanting to look human and how he told the group in camp that he wants our forgiveness. We will find out soon if some people forgive him AND if they are willing to vote to save him and keep his jungle journey going."

I'm A Celebrity airs every night at 9pm on ITV and ITV Hub.
